Solvent Extraction
Solvent Extraction, as the name suggests is a process to extract the oil from oil bearing materials by means of Solvent, Solvent used being normal Hexane – a petroleum bye product.
The plant is designed to extract oil directly from oil seed containing less than 20% 
oil like soybean after flaking, or it extracts oils from pre-pressed， or fully pressed cake of seeds containing more than 20% oil like sunflower, peanuts, cotton seed, palm kernel, canola, copra, castor and variety of other materials.
The complete-set solvent extracting equipment consists of extractor, desolventizer-toaster, evaporator, stripping tower, condenser and so on. It extracts oil by means of sprinkling organic solvent to immerse oilseed or pre-pressed cake, which is in accordance with principle of solvent extraction. Equipped with stainless stationary bar bottom rotocel extractor or loop type extractor, pipe bundle condenser, aluminium alloy pipe bundle extractor, offgas recovery device and so on. Advanced technology, excellent performance. It is suitable for extraction of various oilseeds, such as: rapeseed, cottonseed, sunflower, peanut, rice bran, sesame, tea seed, coconut and so on.
