The skill to increase the canola-oil output rate for 25% mo

Generally the canola oil output rate only reaches 30%, with the following method, you can get extra 25%.   

In the processing, the contained sand and dust will absorb some oil, decrease the oil output rate. Please clean the contained sand and dust before the pressing.

Control the fire
In the general heating process of the canola by pan, the material will be reversed when they are all ripe, but each time 1.5-2 kg seeds will be overcooked and jammed at the bottom. So, when 80% of the seeds had cooked into ripe, open the upper mouth, close the tuyere to control the fire.

Detailed operation:
Build an active column with an active iron board next to the upper mouth. Upper the iron board for the strong fire, close the mouth; put down the iron board for the slow fire, close the tuyere.

Change the screw
You can change the No.6 screw to No.5 screw of Model 95 horizontal movable-bearing  oil press, increases the inner pressure, moves 8—10cm forwards of the output oil position. Only by the change, every 100kg seeds get extra 1-2kg oil.   

The oil is more active in the high temperature.
The seeds just out off the pan reach 108℃, you can get more oil if you do the expel at that time. So, 40-50kg seeds for every pan are recommended. Cook and press, get the hot seeds to expel.

Mixed with proper bran coat for better oil output rate
The seeds accelerate the movement under the high pressure, so the oil is not complete expelled, while the cake had moved out. So you can mix every 100kg canolas with 5-- 7kg bran coat. Better seeds with more bran coat. The bran coat should be clean without dust and sand, etc. Mixed with the bran coat can slow down the expel speed, which help for getting more oil. The oil cake mixes with proper bran coat, and expel with the seeds, also can help to increase the oil output rate.
