Oil Press Machines

YZS Series Oil Presses

These small screw type oil press machines are advanced oil processing machines, and are characterized by their high rates of oil output, good quality, simple design, and continuous operation. This series of oil presses can be used for various raw materials such as jatropha seeds, canola seeds, peanuts, rapeseeds and cotton seeds, sesame seeds, olive seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut seeds and grass seeds.

YZX Series Oil Presses

The YZX series oil presses are similar to the YZS series oil presses, but differ in their facades. These screw type oil presses are advanced oil processing machinery, characterized by their high rate of oil output, good quality, simple design, easy usage and continuous operation.

YZS Series Automatic Oil Presses

Model YZS automatic oil presses not only integrate with heating, expelling and filtering , but are also capable of controlling the processing temperature automatically and of cold and hot extrusion. The machines are characterized by high rate of oil output and great oil quality. These oil presses use electronic pipes to heat the press case, which helps the press case meet the requested temperature in a short time, thereby increasing the rate of oil output. The vacuum filter accelerates the speed of purification and guarantees great oil quality.

Frame Filter Press

The frame filter press is a kind of oil filtration facility matched for various oil press types, and is mainly used to separate oil and residue from the first vat of oil. The filtration cloth between the filter plates forms numerous compartments. The oil, under pressure, goes through the filtration cloth before being expelled from the faucet beneath.
